DAY 1
On arrival you will be transferred to Leisure Lodge on the south coast of Kenya. The hotel offers a special blend of international hospitality in an African atmosphere.

MOMBASA
Mombasa is a coastal and Kenya’s second largest town and a sizable port. It has a rich history that dates back 2000 years ago. The town has passed through the hands of Arab immigrants, adventurers, traders and conquerors not to mention the colonialists. Mombasa is built on an island and is joined to the mainland by Makupa Causeway, to the north by Nyali Bridge and to the south by a frequent car and passenger ferry on Kilindini Creek. Mombasa has a modern seaport with multitude of wharfs and deep-water berths. Besides this, Mombasa is a tourist attraction owing to its beautiful sandy beaches both north and south, historical sites and the numerous marine parks. 500 kms from Nairobi.

LEISURE LODGE HOTEL AND CLUB
The lodge comprises of two parts, the Hotel and the Club. Leisure Lodge is on Diani Beach on the south coast of Kenya. Set on a coral reef ten meters above sea level, with a breathtaking view of the sea, lies the holiday paradise of Kenya's most popular beach. The lodge has much to offer: restaurants, coffee and piano lounges, extra large swimming pools, a casino and a nightclub. The accommodation in the hotel is in spacious rooms (22 sqm) with bath, shower, sitting area with satellite TV, silent air conditioning, radio and a safe deposit box. The Club has similar amenities but the rooms are much more spacious (50 sqm). Every room has a private balcony and garden view.

There is plenty of entertainment with candlelight dinners and barbecues with fish specialties and roasted meat, international Asian-African buffets. Also available is a beach bar with special charcoal-grilled seafood dishes. The casino welcomes you every evening with blackjack, roulette, one-armed bandits, etc.

Sporting activities at the Lodge include golf at the newly opened 18 holes Leisure Lodge Golf Course. There are 4 hard top floodlit tennis courts and a practice wall. Ruedi Schlatter runs the diving school - "Ocean Diving", while offering diving rounds, excursions and training sessions. Windsurfing is also available.

LEISURE GOLF CLUB *****

Leisure Golf Club, the only golf course on Kenya's south coast is the latest golf course in Kenya. This is one of the most challenging 18 holes courses in Kenya. The course features American style bunkers. Country Club grasses imported from South Africa are used for the fairways. There are two water feature holes. The first is a manmade lake, converted from an old quarry and holds 70 million liters (15 million gallons) and is the source for the course-wide pop-up sprinkler system. The finishing hole is a 547 yard par five dogleg, with a lake with live crocodiles planned for it. The course is certainly not for the weak-hearted.

DAY 2 - 6
Days at leisure, enjoy the hotel facilities and play golf. You can also walk on the beach, take excursions (see options) or just relax by the swimming pools. Scuba diving lessons can also be taken at the diving school.

DAY 7 DEPARTURE
You will spend the day relaxing in the hotel. At the appointed time you will be transferred to the airport ready for your next destination.
